Crossing the Adriatic by ferry is a relaxing and enjoyable way to get from the coast of Italy to Croatia. The views are stunning along the way and the 2-hour trip is very enjoyable.

Although driving is another alternative it does involve crossing two borders, which have been slow until the recent accession to the EU of Slovenia and Croatia. This has kept this ferry route in business as a primary means to reach the Dalmatia coast from Northeast Italy without a long drive.
